Hip Hop - Ages 3+
Hip Hop is designed to help the dancer loosen up, gain rhythm,
and have fun in an aerobic workout. This is a great way to gain
confidence with a high pace atmosphere. We use moves from
beginner levels all the way to advanced in a variety of ways to
challenge kids and adults.
Ballet - Ages 3+
Ballet is the backbone of all dance training. In ballet the student
will learn, grace, elegance, technique, discipline, flexibility, and
endurance. We strongly feel that ballet is one of the most
important dance forms that a child or adult can study.
Tap - Ages 5+
Tap is one of the oldest dance forms in this country. Students are taught rhythms, timing, and leg/foot coordination done to various types of music. We teach all types
of tap from standard basics to funky rhythm tap. Students will receive well-rounded
knowledge of all types of tap.
Tumbling/Acrobatics - Ages 5+
Tumbling is a combination of acrobatics and gymnastics.
It consists of floor tricks (cartwheels, round offs, back-bends…etc.).
It focuses on building muscle, strength and flexibility.
Jazz Technique - Ages 5+
Technique classes will focus on more in-depth dance terminology. The focus will be
on leaps, turns, endurance, and strength in ballet or Jazz. Technique will improve a
dancers performance as well as continue to keep dancers stronger in their dance styles.
